Eric Scholten
Senior Pastor
God brought Eric to First Baptist of Longwood in August of 2014. Originally from Connecticut, Eric moved to Florida in 1998 and met his wife, Dawn, shortly thereafter. Eric and Dawn have served together in ministry throughout their married life in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and Egypt. It is their great joy to be the parents of three daughters and two sons. Eric came to faith in college when his roommates shared the gospel with him. He went on to earn his Masters and Doctorate degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.

Adriane Blanco
Worship and Technology Director
Adriane has been a Christ follower since he was eight years old. He and his wife, Catherine, live in Winter Springs with their six children. He received his B.A. in Creative Arts in Worship from Grand Canyon University and an M.A. in Music and Worship from Liberty University. He enjoys writing songs and producing music, videos, concerts, and musical theatre. He served nine years as a Chapel Worship Leader for a rehabilitation center for eating disorders. While at Liberty University, he also served as an IT Support Specialist.

Scott Long
Children's Director
Scott trusted Christ as his Savior when he was 12 years old. After graduating from Pensacola Christian College, Scott served as a missionary to the Apache Indians, a school teacher, an Associate Pastor, and a Children's Pastor for over 25 years. Scott has authored a children's devotional book called "Life lessons without the fleas." He is married with two children. He has served First Baptist of Longwood since November 2019.

Greg Vogel
Maintenance Supervisor
Greg lives in Wekiva Springs with his wife, Angela, and his three sons Joshua, Noah, and Nicholas. Greg has worked for First Baptist of Longwood for over 15 years as the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. He likes to share how blessed he is to work with a Godly, kind, and supportive staff.
